Zhejiang Jutai New Energy Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 which is located in the Dinghai Industrial Park, Zhoushan City, 
Zhejiang Province. Covering an area of 66 acres, the company has a total investment of RMB 3.5 billion. The main products of the company are new non-ferrous materials such as nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, lithium carbonate, electrolytic nickel plate, electrolytic cobalt plate, ammonium metavanadate, vanadium electrolyte, etc.
The production base of the project will begin operation in December 2024. Once in full production, the production capacity will reach 200,000 tons/year for battery-grade nickel sulfate, 15,000 tons/year for battery-grade cobalt sulfate, and 15,000 tons/year for battery-grade manganese sulfate, with an annual output value of RMB 10 billion, further promoting the market promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles. The annual processing capacity of high-purity nickel oxide and nickel intermediate products in wet smelting will reach 70,000 tons of metal, and the company will be equipped with hazardous waste disposal qualification of 160,000 tons per year.xJutai expects to produce 5,000 tons of high-purity vanadium pentoxide, 100,000 m3 of vanadium electrolyte, and 1GWh of all-vanadium flow battery each year. Responding to the national "dual-carbon" policy, Jutai will use its rich experience in raw material production to build the "Vanadium Redox battery energy storage island" project and enter the carbon trading market. Jutai will drive the three pillars of new energy, circular economy, and energy storage through "renewable raw materials + wind and solar energy + energy storage system + intelligent control + new material manufacturing + carbon asset management" to achieve the grand goal of sustainable development with "green materials, green production, and green products" with zero carbon emissions.
